What's in that crop?

There's a triptych of images that comes to mind (again) for this post - one image shows a soldier with a gun to a man's head, while another shows another soldier offering a man a drink. The image that joins the two in the middle shows the same man flanked by two soldiers, one holding a gun and another holding a flask to the man's mouth.

I mention that image to say this - the reason I watch my go-to network for news is that this particular network shows the entirety of a government session, on two sides of the pond depending on the time of day. I'm glad the website for that network has a very prominent alert when a clip is generated by a user, a few minutes picked out of a longer broadcast to show only what that user wants to show.
