Apparently, industrial rice cookers of that size do.

They're pressure cookers, you knuckleheads. Rice cookers don't need those clamps at the side, and don't seal tightly enough to make soup explode, let alone necessitate a SWAT team. You can cook rice in them, the way you could use a stock pot or dutch oven, but no, you had to use the term rice cooker when every other cooking-related explosive incident used a pressure cooker. If I needed any other reason to see the worst of the news, here it is.

This knee-jerk reaction is something worth apologizing for, therefore I apologize for assuming the worst in this situation.
