Addendum

Something I heard on the radio, actually - I included this bit about memes in the earlier post, but what is the reasoning behind having a national stimulus bill that includes aid for, among other things, foreign gender programs? These people may need help, but is this meant to be an attempt to purchase the good will of other countries? Am I meant to trust your judgment when it looks like your priorities are outside your borders?
