Here's how my first few onions are regrowing - this one's going brilliantly, and the centers on the others are budding. If the outermost layers make the cores too wide...

Why not cube them? I'd suggest a bit more height on those cores than I have here - I'll do that myself with the next batch.

Ending with a signal boost and wondering if the material can be applied to things like, say, sporks.
