Not literally, of course. Constant chemical stimulation can't be healthy. Or physically - aside from the movements training requires, one does enjoy a rest now and again. Metaphorically, I think that's a pleasant message, and I don't mind discarding its opposite.
More than a few stories on pop culture came across the feed in the past few days (there's one I'm keeping an eye out for, one that spoke of learning from Western and K-Pop in order to push their cultural influence), but this is the one that caught my attention most.
