It's hilarious to hear scolding about provocation from a regime whose literal 废水 is more visible from space than its wall. Speaking of space, reading about the risk calculus demonstrated once more in this article maintains both my opinion on the fitness of the regime in question and how well it supports its prevailing perception among its peer states.
